Jina Kim is the Vice President and Managing Director of Gates Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2018. Prior to this, Ms. Kim was a Manager at Frontier Airlines within the finance and corporate development group. She was also with Rockbridge Growth Equity, a middle-market private equity firm, where she invested in specialty finance, digital marketing, and tech-enabled services businesses. She started her career at Wells Fargo Securities in the Financial Sponsors Group. Ms. Kim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
