CODY RESOURCES

Cody Resources formally incorporated as Cody Company in 1967, evolved as the home for most of the family's non-rubber business activities. Currently, Cody focuses on real asset investments through the following operations: Hat Creek Energy (oil and gas); Cody Land and Water (water rights development); A-Bar-A, Big Creek and Stateline (ranching); and select real estate properties. While most investments are long term, Cody may sell and reinvest when market conditions generate significant returns, as they did in 2001, when Cody sold Cody Energy to Cabot Oil & Gas for $225 million. Headquartered in Denver, Cody's operations are located across the country.
